What happens when I click "Notify me when ready"?
It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to hello@recurlab.io. Your email goes onto the early-buyer list. The day each dashboard launches, you get an email with the Stripe checkout link and a 50% discount code valid for the first 30 days post-launch. No spam — we'll only email you when a product actually ships.
What does "50% off the first 30 days" actually mean?
When a dashboard launches (late June), early-buyer list subscribers get a code that takes 50% off the list price for the first 30 days post-launch. Starter becomes $249 (from $499), Growth becomes $499 (from $999), Premium becomes $749 (from $1,499). After the 30-day launch window, list price applies. The waitlist is the cheapest way in.
What does "pay once" mean, exactly?
Stripe checkout. You pay the dashboard price once ($499, $999, or $1,499). You own the dashboard — code, configuration, all of it. We ship it to you in 2–3 weeks. The only ongoing cost is $99/mo for managed hosting (covers Supabase, uptime, backups, maintenance). No per-seat fees. No platform lock-in.
What does the $99/mo managed hosting actually include?
Your dashboard runs on our infrastructure at a private URL like yourbrand.recurlab.io. The $99/mo covers:
• Supabase Postgres — your data sits in an isolated schema (US-East default, EU on request)
• Compute — always-on hosting, no app hibernation, no reboot delays
• Uptime monitoring — we get pinged if your dashboard goes down, not you
• Weekly backups — automatic, restorable for 30 days
• Security patches — applied to the platform, not your responsibility
• Data refresh jobs — your nightly data sync runs reliably
GDPR/CCPA compliant. DPA available on request. Self-hosting is also available if your team prefers — ask us.
What's the 30-day warranty?
Within 30 days of delivery: if the dashboard doesn't do what we agreed in the Scope (KPIs render correctly on your data, dashboard loads, exports work), we fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it within 14 days of you reporting the issue, you get the second 50% of your payment refunded. We don't guarantee business outcomes (we can't force you to follow the recommendations), but we guarantee the dashboard works as spec'd on your actual data.
What's the optional Care Plan? What does $297/mo include?
Care Plan — $297/mo per workspace. Single tier, no upsells. Includes:
• Monthly 30-min tune-up call — we review what's working, adjust KPI thresholds and rules
• Slack/email support — response within 24 business hours for any question, bug, or change request
• Quarterly KPI dictionary review — refresh benchmarks (sell-through bands, cover days, top:bottom targets) as your business evolves
• Rule pack tuning — adjust the recommendation engine's alert thresholds (e.g. "flag dead stock at 180 days, not 365")
• New feature releases included — when we ship platform-wide upgrades, you get them
• Bug fixes within 7 days of report
• Data refresh monitoring — we alert you if your nightly sync fails
What's NOT in Care Plan: custom new features (scoped separately), major rebuilds (custom quote). Most clients skip Care Plan in month 1 and add it after they realize they want monthly hand-holding. Adding it later is fine.
Do you support Shopify API integration?
Not yet. Today, dashboards work via CSV upload from your Shopify Admin → Reports (Sales, Inventory, Returns). Native Shopify API integration is on the Q4 roadmap. CSV upload covers 95% of what brands need — you export weekly or set up an auto-export workflow in Shopify, and we ingest it. Once API integration ships, existing clients get it included.
How is this different from Cogsy, Inventory Planner, or NetSuite?
Cogsy and Inventory Planner are generic e-commerce subscriptions ($199–$499/mo, forever) that don't understand fashion (size curves, drop windows, seasonality, lifecycle stages). NetSuite-class enterprise platforms cost $50K–$200K/year. Recurlab is a one-time purchase ($499–$1,499) of AI dashboards battle-tested inside a D2C kids fashion brand selling 400,000+ pieces a year. Pay once, own forever. Managed hosting $99/mo if you want it.
What if my data is messy?
Expected. We handle data cleanup as part of the build — column renames, type coercion, deduplication, returns/RTO disambiguation. The 2–3 week build timeline includes a week for data conditioning. You don't fix anything before we start.
What about Amazon / Walmart / Faire P&L?
Marketplace-specific P&L tools currently live only for Indian marketplaces. US / UK / AU marketplace P&L (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Faire) is on the roadmap but not launched yet. Join the early-buyer list to be notified when these go live.
